Arrival Time: Our priority is to have your room ready by 2:30pm however should you arrive earlier and wish to enjoy our facilities and Eastbourne, we can happily store your luggage until such a time that your room is available.

Departure Time: You are kindly asked to vacate your bedroom by 10:30am on your day of departure. Later departures are available by prior arrangement only and maybe subject to a small fee, alternatively you may store your belongings with us for collection later on in the day.


Deposits: When booking via our website online booking engine, our deposit policy is as follows: A 50% deposit is payable on reservation and may be refundable depedning on the cancellation terms as stated below.

In Room Facilities: All bedrooms are en-suite, with free-view television, direct dial telephone, hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities. Complimentary Wi-fi is available in all rooms and public areas.

Cancellations: In the unfortunate event of a cancellation, the hotel reserves the right to make a charge; we therefore recommend that holiday insurance is taken out. For cancellations more than 24 hours before our check in time of 14.30 we will refund your 50% deposit. For cancellations that are made less than 24 hours before 14.30 or in case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Car Parking: Nine car parking spaces are available on site, priced at £9.00 per night. Should you wish to purchase parking please contact Reception prior to your arrival. Alternatively the street parking behind the hotel is restriction free.
